Rules & Safety

To keep our cats, guests, and team safe, please review our rules before entering the cat lounge.

• Please sanitize your hands before entering and after leaving the cat lounge.

• All cat interactions are at your own risk. Cats may scratch or bite if they feel scared, overstimulated, or uncomfortable.

• Please do not feed the cats or leave food unattended.

• Do not pick up, chase, wake, or force interaction with any cat.

• Please do not disturb cats while they are eating, drinking, sleeping, or using the litter box.

• Flash photography is not allowed.

• Please keep the space calm and peaceful. No running, jumping, yelling, or rough play.

• Be gentle with the cats at all times. Do not pull tails, ears, paws, or fur.

• Children ages 5–12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

• Children 4 and under are not permitted inside the cat lounge for safety reasons.

• Guests must follow all staff instructions during their visit.

• If rules are not followed, staff may give a warning. Continued rule-breaking may result in guests being asked to leave the cat lounge.
