• Why does my product date shows expired? 
-Products from most Asian countries do not write expiration dates. The date on the product is actually the manufacturing date. They do have a shelf life written on the packaging, which you then have to calculate yourself. Shelf life can range anywhere between 12 months to 36 months. 

• Where are products coming from? 
-Katco Pet was created because we wanted to sell international pet treats and pet related things that are difficult for pet parents to access in North America. Our focus right now is products from Asian countries. We try our best to stock some of the most unique and amazing products. Some products may even require us to fly directly to the country in order to bring back to sell! 

• What does the limited edition page mean? 
-These are products that are difficult to get our hands on or require a trip to the specific country to bring back! Some stuff may not even be restocked! 

• How long do things take to restock? 
-We do our best to restock even before products are sold out however sometimes things happen and we are not able to restock fast enough. The time it takes for products to reach us can range from 3 to 6 weeks. We are just a small business and all work full time jobs, so it takes time for us to do paperwork, uploading, announcing etc! We really appreciate your patience.

• How did we decide which products to sell?
-We do a lot of research on making sure the products we sell don’t have negative reviews or bad reputation. We make sure the products we sell are reputable, and of high quality. We won’t sell any products that we don’t feed to our fur babies.

• Can my cat eat a dog product and vice versa? 
-We have separated dog and cat products so do try to shop that way. A lot of the products can be fed to both cat and dog. Any products that are cat specific or dog specific we will write in the description “product type: cat, or product type: dog”

• How long is shipping time?
-We are a small business and it’s only two people handling all the work, while also balancing full time jobs. However we will do our best to get orders shipped fast! We currently will ship packages out by the next following Monday or Friday. 
Example 1: if you place an order on Saturday your order will be shipped Monday.
Example 2: if you place an order on Wednesday your order will be shipped Friday.
