Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered via USPS or UPS. Shipments are processed on the next available Monday or Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery and Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once the package exits our hands and is dispatched through a shipping carrier such as USPS or UPS, we remove ourselves from the responsibility for your package, unless you are given a faulty product. We advise you to inspect your package within the first 24 hours of delivery. This is to confirm the products you've ordered and any chance of defective items.
Product Date Notice
As on board with Chinese regulations. The dates printed on the packaging of each product is the manufacturing date, not the expiration date. (YYYY-MM-DD / DD-M-YYYY) In addition, the shelf life is stated on the back of the package. (月Month/年Year)
What if an item from my order is missing?
In case of any incomplete delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. Capture pictures of what you've received along with the packaging and email us or send a direct message on Instagram with your name and order number. We are dedicated to resolving any issues that occur.
